TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Workshop fees must be paid before the workshop begins. (Items 2 to 5 not applicable to workshops)
2. Course fees must be paid by the 14th of the first month of every term. The Centre reserves the right to suspend lesson attendance until full payment of fees is received. If payment is not received by the 14th of the first month of every term or cheque/Giro (or electronic) payment is dishonoured, the Centre reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of S$50.00 (before GST).
3. Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
4. A deposit is payable for all courses - $150.00
5. Notice of termination or transfer of class must be given to the Centre in writing before the first day of the final month of attendance. For example, should the termination notice be served on 8 March, the last month of attendance (and payment of course fee) shall be April. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. Any lesson(s) cancelled by the teacher will be replaced. There will be no replacement of lesson(s), including no proration of fees for student’s absence, and in unforeseen incidents like blackouts, floods, epidemics e.g. COVID-19 or any other circumstances which are beyond the control of the Centre and Gazetted Public Holidays.
7. There will be no lesson/workshops during the Centre’s Term Holidays and Gazetted Public Holidays.
8. The Centre reserves the right to transfer, combine, convert or dissolve a class.
9. The Centre must be notified immediately of any change in address or contact numbers.
10. Permission is granted for the use of all forms of images, photography and motion video for the purpose of promotional activities conducted by any organisation under the Crestar Education Group on any media at their discretion, public relations, press releases, any other related marketing and derivative works, merchandising and service endorsement. These activities include but are not limited to press advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers and media relation kits and outdoor/guerrilla representation.
11. Participant/ Student attending lessons must be in proper attire specified by the school.
12. Participant/ Student acknowledges and agrees that the Centre and Crestar Education Group are not in any way liable for:
- Any loss or damage of personal property and belongings while utilising the Centre
- Injury, disability or death incurred or suffered by participant while at the Centre
- Ensuring he or she is sufficiently fit and well to attend any of the classes
- Obtaining any medical clearance from his or her own General Practitioner (Doctor) for the purpose of attending any of the classes
13. By signing this form, you agree that the Centre may collect, use and disclose your personal data as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) as obtained by us as a result of your enrolment into our Centre, for the purposes set out in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy (available at kovarts.com.sg/privacy-policy).
14. I certify that the above information is to the best of my knowledge, true and correct. I have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions stated.
15. I also understand that the Terms & Conditions are subjected to changes and will be updated accordingly.
